" I just had my house cleaned by the crew yesterday. I was very impressed with how they did a great job! Not only did they do a good job, they were very courteous and friendly. On top of that, Clean Pro Of Elk Grove charges lower than others in comparison.

The battery of the smoke alarm kept beeping. They offered to replace the batteries. I didn't have a ladder for him to be able to reach the alarms but he still tried. When it didn't work due to the height of the ceiling, he told me he will come get his tall ladder and replace the battery for me at NO CHARGE! THAT'S WHAT I CALL GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE! He didn't have to offer at all. He went above and beyond my expectation. I was very impressed.
